Sales
Customers will be required to create a website account in order to purchase online. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are considered final. Refunds are not allowed. Exchanges are accepted only with prior approval and only when due to a shipping error.
Shipping
Retail orders usually ship within 10-14 days. Wholesale orders usually ship within 2-3 weeks. Shipping times are only an estimate, and not a guarantee.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including customs fees, wrong address / redelivery fees, and other transportation charges.
Order Errors and Shipping Damage
All order errors, shorts, incorrect product shipment, and damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, keep all shipping materials and damaged goods. They may be needed for an inspection and yoy may be required to return them.
Stitches and Baskets will decide at its sole discretion whether to replace the product, or issue a full or partial refund on the order.
